How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within a couple of days from the date of checkout. Any orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. In general, once shipped orders will be received in 2-5 business days. How much does shipping cost?

In order to decrease costs on our customers, we calculate shipping with a base of $7 plus $3 per item. If you would prefer for your order to be shipped by weight, please contact us by emailing support@aniqacouture.com or through DM on any of our social media pages.

Where is my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will be sent to you with your tracking information. You can keep track of your shipment with the information on your order. Once the shipment leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe the package was stolen or lost during the shipment, we advise that you contact the carrier to proceed with further investigation. Please keep in mind that it is common in the US for a package to be marked “delivered” before it actually arrives. Please allow a full 3-5 days after the claimed delivery date to give a chance for the package to arrive. If the package has not arrived, please contact your local post office to see if it may have been delivered or held there.

What other delivery options are available?

Delivery and local pick-up is available in the Chicago-land area. Local pick-up is free and by appointment only. The delivery charge is a base of $5 plus $1.50 for every mile from our headquarters.

What can I do if my order comes in wrong?

In the rare event that an item is missing from the package or you received an incorrect item, please be sure to email us immediately at support@aniqacouture.com or DM us through any of our social media pages. Aniqa Couture takes pride in our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and will fix this issue as quickly as possible.
