Return Policy

We maintain a strict return policy. Please read carefully before ordering.

SHIPPED ORDERS

We always hope that you are satisfied with our pieces, but if for some reason you aren’t, you may be eligible to exchange or return regular priced items for store credit that never expires. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product.

We do not accept any altered goods. All returns must be in original condition with tags still attached and no stains of deodorant or of any kind, no smells of smoke/perfume or of any kind, and no animal/human hair and etc.  in order to receive store credit equal to the amount of the returned item(s).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and check your package we will check for signs of damages and odor. Once the items have been thoroughly checked and approved, we will provide you with store credit.

Non-refundable items:

  • Custom orders

  • Hijabs

  • Accessories

  • Prayer clothes

  • Essentials (inner dresses, body suits, etc.)

In the rare instance that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order in order to be eligible for a refund.

IN-PERSON PURCHASES

These include local pick-ups and delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges for in-person purchases. By adhering to a no returns or exchanges policy, we can maintain the quality of our products and ensure that every item shipped is in perfect condition.
